<p>The author obtained licorice distribution point data through the global biodiversity information network database GBIF, and used ENMTools tool to filter and screen; 19 bioclimatic variables and 3 topography data were obtained from the WorldClim (2.1) database, and 9 soil characteristic data were obtained from the World Soil Database. As environmental variables, they were input into the MaxEnt model for maximum entropy modeling. Combined with GIS, the plant licorice under current climate conditions was simulated. The potential suitable areas of Xinjiang licorice land were obtained. The data set includes: (1) Xinjiang licorice land suitability evaluation result data, with a spatial resolution of 30 ";(2) Xinjiang licorice distribution coordinate points (quoted data). The data set is stored in.shp,.tif,.xlsx, and.txt formats and consists of 16 data files with a data volume of 313 KB (compressed into 1 file 227 KB). </p>
