<p>This data is a glacier catalog dataset of the Tianshan and Pamirs Plateau in 2010. The dataset contains the following attributes: glacier name, first-level watershed code, second-level watershed code, third-level watershed code, GLIMS code, glacier coordinates, glacier elevation, maximum altitude, minimum altitude, glacier area, glacier perimeter, surface moraine coverage area, glacier reserve estimate, average slope and orientation, and remote sensing images used. The data contains 1 vector file in shp format. </p>

The band ratio threshold method is used to assist manual revision and inspection and verification in important areas. After plane correction and ortho-correction, the original data were automatically extracted using the band ratio threshold method to extract the glacier interpretation results of the Tianshan Mountains and Pamirs Plateau from 2006 to 2010. They were then verified by field inspections in important areas and aided by high-precision data. The verification method, the errors were corrected many times to obtain the glacier catalog data set of the Tianshan Mountains and Pamirs Plateau in 2010.
The obtained interpretation results have been verified in situ and high-precision, and the errors have been corrected many times.
