<p>This dataset is GeoTIFF grid data of 192 monthly precipitation from January to December every year from 2001 to 2016 in the five Central Asian countries and Xinjiang of China (pre in the dataset represents rainfall). Spatial resolution: 0.5°, projection coordinates GCS_WGS_1984. </p>

Data source description

This dataset comes from CRU (Climate Research Unit) global grid data provided by the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom (http://www.cgiar-csi.org/).

Data processing method

This data uses Arcgis to cut CRU global data in batches to obtain precipitation data across five Central Asian countries and Xinjiang in China.

Data quality description

The precision and spatial reference of CRU data have not been changed.
