This dataset contains land use raster data for the Aral Sea Basin for 11 years from 2000 to 2020. This dataset is based on the European Space Agency's climate change initiative land cover map, superimposed on the Aral Sea Basin boundary vector data for masking and category merging, and finally obtained natural vegetation, artificial vegetation, water bodies, bare land, wetlands, ice and snow, urban and building areas. Class I data of seven land use types, WGS-1984 coordinate system, spatial resolution of 300 meters, and overall accuracy of 80%.

The dataset is derived from the European Space Agency's Climate Change Initiative Land Cover Map (http://maps.elie.ucl.ac.be/CCI).
On the basis of the land cover map, the boundary data of the Aral Sea Basin is masked to extract the land use of the Aral Sea Basin. At the same time, the original secondary data is merged according to certain rules, and the original secondary data is merged into seven land use types. Class data, the coordinate system is: WGS-1984, and the spatial resolution is 300 meters.
The overall accuracy of this dataset reaches 80%.
