<p>Based on the FathomDEM 30m terrain data, the vector data of the provincial, municipal and county three-level administrative divisions of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in 2024 downloaded from the official website of Superimposed Sky Map, and the terrain data of the provincial and municipal levels in Xinjiang obtained after mask processing, with a data resolution of 30 meters. Data is stored in 1°×1° tiles in GeoTiff format. </p>
FathomDEM data is a global 30-meter resolution digital elevation model released in February 2025. Aiming at the systematic deviation caused by vegetation, building and instrument noise in Copernicus DEM (GLO30), the real terrain (DTM) is restored by hybrid vision Transformer (ViT) and convolutional neural network (CNN) model instead of surface model (DSM).
