This study explores the main directions for improving the economic benefits of investment in water conservancy construction in Kyrgyzstan. Technical and economic analysis is carried out on the current situation and development prospects of irrigation systems and the reasonable utilization of land and water resources. The study addresses economic accounting issues in paid water use and irrigated agriculture. Basic principles are provided for transforming the Jalal-Abataya River Basin Production and Operation Management Office of the Kyrgyz Soviet Socialist Republic, the Kaskran Irrigation System Management Office of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic, and the Moscow District River Basin Production and Operation Management Office of the Kyrgyz Soviet Socialist Republic into economic accounting and paid water use. This research material is intended to be used by leaders of agricultural and water conservancy organizations, research institutes, and enterprises in the field of agro-industrial complexes at all levels in practical activities.
