Data source description

The distribution site information of Comnebia rubrica comes from the National Plant Specimen Resource Library (NPSRC, https://www.cvh.ac.cn), the Global Biodiversity Database (GBIF, https://www.gbif.org), relevant literature records, and data collected by the research team's field investigation. After collecting distribution points of Arnebia japonica and removing duplicate sites, a total of 62 distribution points of Arnebia japonica in China were obtained.

Data processing method

In order to avoid the impact of duplicate sites in the same grid on modeling, the Spatially Rarefy Occurrence Data for SDMs tool in ArcGIS software was used to delete the autocorrelation distribution sites with a spatial resolution of 2.5 km. Finally, 51 effective distribution site information of soft lithospermum was retained for subsequent analysis.
