<p>The dataset contains 8-day mean NDVI data in the Aral Sea Basin from 2015 to 2018. The first band of the MOD13A2 product of NASA's Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectrometer is extracted as normalized vegetation index data, multiplied by a scale factor of 0.0001, superimposed on the Aral Sea Basin boundary data, and trimmed to obtain NDVI monthly mean data within the Aral Sea Basin. The spatial resolution is 1000m×1000m, the temporal resolution is 8 days, and the value of each pixel is the average of the normalized vegetation index for eight days. </p>
