<p>This report was compiled under the auspices of the Kyrgyz Institute of Agricultural Economics. It systematically evaluates the hydrological characteristics of the irrigation systems of 12 major rivers in the Issyk Lake Basin (such as the Dergaran River, Karakol River, etc.) and the operating status of water intake hubs. The content consists of three parts. The first part evaluates the improvement status of land water resources and irrigation systems, the second part describes the hydrological characteristics of the river and the technical files of the water intake hub, and the third part analyzes the economic efficiency of the water intake hub. </p>
