<p>This report is the second part of a series of studies completed by the Kyrgyz Institute of Agricultural Economics in conjunction with multiple departments. It focuses on the hydrological technical assessment of the irrigation system in the Issyk Lake Basin. The main contents include: River hydrological characteristics: Analyze runoff, seasonal changes and water quality data of major rivers in the basin. Technical archives of water intake hub: record in detail the engineering parameters of water intake nodes of the irrigation system (such as design flow, gate specifications, maintenance status). Economic evaluation: Put forward suggestions for optimizing irrigation systems based on the operating efficiency of water conservancy facilities. </p>
