This monograph can be divided into three parts: The first part introduces the research background and methods, focusing on the impact of drought stress on plant growth and physiological indicators, and analyzes the adaptive mechanisms of different plants under stress through experiments, such as changes in enzyme activity, cell structure adjustments, etc., to explore the survival strategies of introduced plants. The second part goes deep into plant physiological processes, focusing on analyzing the role of photosynthesis, respiration and osmotic regulating substances (such as proline and soluble sugar) in resistance, revealing the differences in metabolic responses of different species under water stress, and proposing methods for screening drought-tolerant varieties through physiological indicators. The third part discusses the application and prospects of introduced plants, evaluates the adaptability of existing introduced species based on the climate characteristics of Kazakhstan, and puts forward suggestions for optimizing introduction strategies, such as combining molecular biology technology to improve plant resistance and provide theoretical basis for agricultural ecological construction.
