<p>This monograph can be divided into three parts. The first part mainly expounds the background and significance of the compilation. Due to the dispersion of manpower, tasks and insufficient management attention, the compilation of flora in this area has been lagging behind for a long time. With the instructions of the Academy of Sciences of the Soviet Union and the Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan, the Institute of Botany began to systematically carry out the compilation of the journal, gradually advancing from the beginning of systematics, striving to synchronize with the Flora of the Soviet Union and relying on its own strength to complete the task. The second part summarizes the main morphological characteristics of higher plants, covering ferns, cedars, lycopodium, gymnosperms and monocotyledons in angiosperms. Their reproductive methods and structural characteristics (such as roots, stems, leaves, spore organs, etc.) are introduced, and the role of these morphological characteristics in plant classification and identification is emphasized. The third part lists in detail the classification information of families, genera and species of various plants in Kazakhstan, covering ferns, gymnosperms and a large number of angiosperms, and is arranged in systematic order. This catalog not only provides detailed plant species references for botanists and teaching staff, but also has great value for related research and field surveys. </p>
