<p>This monograph can be divided into four parts: The first part is a flora and classification study. It reports newly discovered endemic species (such as Silene ulutavica, Erysimum grubovii) in central and northern Kazakhstan, analyzes their morphological characteristics and geographical distribution, and discusses the adaptation mechanisms and phylogenetic relationships of plants in arid areas. The second part involves plant ecology and vegetation dynamics, studying the vegetation composition at different altitude zones (such as the northern foot of the Tianshan Mountains and the Kalatao Mountains), including the community structure of coniferous forests, grasslands and desert vegetation, and the impact of human activities on plant distribution. The third part is the study of fungi and microorganisms, which records aquatic and terrestrial fungal species (such as Mollisia caespicica, Puccinia graminis) and analyzes their interactions with host plants and functions in ecosystems. The fourth part covers plant resources and protection, evaluates the distribution status of medicinal and economic plants (such as licorice and ephedra), puts forward suggestions for the protection of rare species, and discusses the potential impact of climate change on plant communities in arid areas. </p>
