%X This paper studied the temperature changes in the Little Almatinka River (Waiili Alatao) and Karatar River (Junggar Alatao) basins in the past 100 years. The purpose is to reveal the fluctuations of temperature series for prediction in the next 15-20 years. In addition to these laws, the relationship between the two laws and the other laws is also discussed.Х. Baidalov pointed out that zonal atmospheric circulation fluctuations, Wangenheim-Gills circulation forms W, C, E (³.Н. Panova divides Kazakhstan) and a possible connection between turning points in solar activity (Wolf numbers).Meteorological station data from the network of the Hydrometeorological Bureau of Kazakhstan were used in the study: 1) each station in the Little Almatinka profile has a dense station network and a long observation sequence;2) each station in Alatau, Junggar, has the smallest horizontal distribution and is located at different altitudes.
