Different from other similar textbooks and teaching reference books, this book does not describe the characteristics of Soviet nature in the form of elements, but discusses the natural geographical complex and its classification, formation and differentiation factors in the methodological part of the introduction. The main concern is the regional hierarchy of natural geographical complexes-i.e., natural states and provinces. The landscape structure of the Russian Plain, West Siberia and Central Siberia was analyzed. Most of the course is devoted to an overview of natural countries. The landscape structure of mountainous countries and vertical landscape differentiation types in Soviet territory are discussed in a short chapter. The author thanks the reviewer ④.Н.
