%X Groundwater mechanics is a relatively young discipline that studies the movement of natural fluids and gases in natural reservoirs. Its application in seepage problems in hydraulic structure foundations is mainly due to the following problems:Е. Zhukovsky (Un.Е.Жуковский）、Н.Н. Pavlovsky (Un.Н. The application of groundwater mechanics to problems in other technical fields such as oil, natural gas and mining is governed by theС.
