%X This monograph systematically summarizes the agricultural technical achievements and production organization experience of the reclamation movement in Kazakhstan, focusing on the practice of increasing grain production in new reclamation areas in the 1950s. By analyzing the cases of typical state-owned farms (such as Pavlodar Prefecture) and collective farms, the application of dry farming techniques (moisture storage farming, phosphate fertilizer application, etc.) in light soil improvement is clarified, and the construction of water conservancy facilities in reclamation areas and party and government work are discussed. The role of promoting agricultural production provides policy and technical reference for large-scale land development in arid areas.
