    "ds_abstract": "<p>本书是在苏联科学院自然科学与技术史研究所地理部编写的，基于对《地理学》文摘杂志（以1962—1964年为主）发表材料的总结。这是“科学总结”系列中首次对苏联经济区划问题进行综述，因此也部分纳入了1960—1961年间的重要著作以及1964年的若干成果。\n近年来，国家对经济区划问题的关注度不断提高，这是由国民经济管理中地域原则作用的加强以及深入认知大型经济区域及其组成部分的实践需求所决定的。围绕区划的一般方法论问题以及某些具体问题（如与经济区划相关的内部区划研究、各类区划的相互关系及其与区域规划的联系等），已涌现大量文献。对于地理学而言，自然地理区划与经济区划的关系尤为重要。本辑部分涉及这一主题，此外还将在本年度另行筹备的《科学总结》自然地理区划专辑中加以阐述。\n本论文集以В.В.波克希舍夫斯基的综述文章《苏联经济区划（1962—1964年问题研究综述）》开篇，该文在总体历史背景下，对经济地理学理论中的各种观点进行了批判性分析，并阐述了经过实践检验的苏联经济区划理论的根本原则。文集中还收录了若干关于经济区划理论专题的综述文章：《苏联的详细（州内和基层）经济区划》（И.И.帕尔霍缅科）、《苏联农业区划》（А.Н.拉基特尼科夫、В.Г.克留奇科夫）、《经济区划与区域规划》（Ф.М.利斯滕古尔特）。书末附有苏联经济区划文献书目概览（В.В.波克希舍夫斯基）。这些文章的内容表明，尽管在一般区划方法论研究方面取得了显著成就，但地理学家在许多具体理论问题上研究仍显不足，特别是在详细区划、部门区划（尤其是农业区划）以及区划与区域规划的联系等基本问题方面。\n本论文集末附有529条文献的书目，服务于全书所有文章。书目按以下部分编排：1. 经济区划史（11条）；2. 经济区划的一般理论和理论问题（74条）；3. 总体经济区划问题（45条）；4. 详细（州内、基层）区划问题；区域内部差异（124条）；5. 部门经济区划问题（153条）；其中单列农业区划（101条）；6. 经济区划与区域规划的相互关系；城市的区域形成作用（38条）；7. 其他著作（16条）；8. 国外对苏联区划研究著作的译介时期（24条）；9. 补充（44条）。书目中附有《文摘杂志》的引用索引，书末附人名索引。书稿准备出版时，审阅人А.А.明茨和О.А.康斯坦丁诺夫提出了宝贵意见，编辑部深表感谢。\n</p>",
