近年来，气候变化及其对环境的影响问题变得尤为紧迫，并成为国际讨论的主题。联合国气候变化框架公约（1992年里约热内卢成立大会上由154个国家代表通过）和1997年签署的《京都议定书》（2005年生效，192个国家批准）等高级别文件的通过以及联合国气候变化大会（1995-2022年）的召开证明了这一点。后者正式规定了在实践中强制适用框架公约的各项决定。\n据专家估计，在过去一百多年中，全球平均气温上升了近1°C，毫无疑问，气候变暖的趋势仍在继续。一些专家甚至预测，未来50年全球气温可能升高2-3°C。\n气候变化对整个中亚地区都有明显影响，首先对水资源产生深远影响，同时对该区域各国的生物多样性、生态系统和经济构成潜在威胁。中亚地区包括从广阔的低地到高山区等各种自然生态系统，是全球最脆弱的地区之一，居住着约7000万人口。山地生态系统尤其脆弱。\n在减缓和最小化气候变化对生态系统乃至整个环境的负面影响方面，最重要任务之一是在人类活动的各个领域制定适应措施。因此，研究气候变化及其对中亚生态系统的影响是一项紧迫的科研任务。\n本论文集以《气候变化对中亚生态系统的影响》为总标题，收录了两次国际科学会议的材料——“气候变化对中亚生态系统的影响”（杜尚别，2020年11月20日）和“丝绸之路发展、气候变化适应、生态与环境保护”（杜尚别，2021年10月20日）。文集的科学论文致力于气候变化对中亚某些地区和邻近地区生态系统影响的紧迫问题，可为生态学、环境保护、生物学、水文学、冰川学、地理学、地理生态学领域的学者和专家，以及相应专业的研究生和博士研究生提供参考。\n
