    "ds_abstract": "<p>我国东部地区生产力的快速而密集的发展，向在该地区工作的科研、勘察设计和生产机构提出了许多复杂任务。大型能源、工业、交通等综合体的建设要求充分考虑包括水文条件在内的所有自然条件进行合理布局。东西伯利亚南部的水文条件研究尚不充分，缺乏对河流径流特征（特别是春汛和洪水）的详细描述。\n本书旨在填补这一空白，向读者介绍该地区河流径流形成及其水文状况的若干问题。书中给出了东萨彦岭和哈马尔达班的河流特征，特别关注了安加拉河流域和贝加尔湖沿岸南部夏季洪水与泥石流形成条件及分布规律的考察。\n东萨彦岭和哈马尔达班的山区位于克拉斯诺亚尔斯克边疆区和伊尔库茨克州的南部，以及布里亚特苏维埃社会主义自治共和国的西部，是众多山地河流——叶尼塞河、安加拉河、色楞格河及其支流以及贝加尔湖——的起源地。该地区总面积超过20万平方公里，属于我国最大水系叶尼塞河流域的一部分。对该地区的研究具有重要的实践和科学意义。\n研究区域以拥有大量矿产和其他矿物资源为特征，在国民经济发展中已发挥重要作用。众多河流的水资源也具有重大意义，但目前利用程度很低。\n</p>",

Within the framework of the theory of inhomogeneous body elasticity, the crack propagation in the fault structural zone is studied. Calculation results of the interaction between structural faults in overlying strata and mining spaces in salt beds are given. Experimental data on the strength, elasticity and rheological properties of salt rock obtained under laboratory conditions are listed.
