    "ds_abstract": "<p>以古尔班通古特沙漠南缘梭梭群落为研究对象，作者于2013年4-9月对不同生长阶段的梭梭净光合速率与呼吸速率进行了测定。利用LI-COR 6400光合作用仪观测梭梭叶片的光合作用日过程；使用大型同化箱（2 m x 2 m x 2 m）和LI-COR840分析器测量梭梭个体CO2交换量；利用安装在荒漠群落中的涡度相关系统（包括用于测定风速和温度脉动的三维超声风速仪和热电偶温度脉动仪、测定CO2/H2O密度脉动的红外线气体分析仪），测定荒漠生态系统的CO2、H2O以及能量通量。涡度系统观测以后，对数据进行了修订、质量控制、缺失数据插补等处理。与涡度系统配套的仪器有气象观测系统和水文与土壤物理监测装置，对净辐射、光合有效辐射、降水量、空气湿度、潜在蒸发量等环境因子进行了长期监测。土壤CO2的测量采用LI-COR 8150多通量土壤碳通量测定系统。根据个体生物量与叶面积指数进行叶片尺度向个体尺度以及个体尺度向群落尺度的转换，得到梭梭群落在叶片、个体、群落尺度碳交换数据集。该数据集包括：（1）2013年生长季每天的气象因子测量数据；（2）标准株同化枝生物量和冠幅的数据以及同化枝生长速率和叶面积指数的季节变化数据；（3）梭梭在不同月份光合速率的日变化数据；（4）2013年5-9月累加法与箱式法CO2通量的对比数据；（5）箱式法与累加法个体测量CO2通量的对比数据；（6）2013年5-9月箱式法与涡度相关法CO2通量的对比数据；（7）箱式法与涡度相关法测量的生态系统碳通量数据。该数据集存储为.xls格式，1个文件，数据量93.5 KB。该数据集的分析研究成果发表在《干旱区研究》2016年33卷第2期。</p>",

            "title": "Data sets of carbon exchange in Haloxylon ammodendron community at leaf, individual, and community scales",
            "ds_abstract": "<p>Taking the Haloxylon ammodendron community on the southern edge of the Gurbantungut Desert as the research object, the author measured the net photosynthetic rate and respiratory rate of Haloxylon ammodendron at different growth stages from April to September 2013. The daily process of photosynthesis in Haloxylon ammodendron leaves was observed using the LI-COR6400 photosynthesis instrument; a large assimilation box was used (2m x 2m x 2m) and LI-COR840 analyzers measure individual CO2 exchange capacity of Haloxylon ammodendron; use the vorticity correlation system installed in desert communities (including three-dimensional ultrasonic anemometer and thermocouple temperature pulsaur for measuring wind speed and temperature fluctuations, and infrared gas analyzer for measuring CO2/H2O density fluctuations) to measure CO2, H2O and energy fluxes in desert ecosystems. After the vortex system observation, the data were revised, quality controlled, and missing data interpolation. Instruments supporting the vorticity system include meteorological observation systems and hydrological and soil physical monitoring devices, which conduct long-term monitoring of environmental factors such as net radiation, photosynthetically active radiation, precipitation, air humidity, and potential evaporation. Soil CO2 was measured using the LI-COR8150 multi-flux soil carbon flux measurement system. Based on individual biomass and leaf area index, the leaf scale is transformed to individual scale and individual scale to community scale, and carbon exchange data sets of Haloxylon ammodendron community at leaf, individual and community scales are obtained. The dataset includes: (1) Measurement data of meteorological factors per day during the 2013 growing season;(2) Data of assimilated branch biomass and crown width of standard plants, as well as seasonal change data of assimilated branch growth rate and leaf area index;(3) Daily change data of photosynthetic rate of Haloxylon ammodendron in different months;(4) Comparative data of CO2 fluxes between cumulative method and box method from May to September 2013;(5) Comparative data of individual measurement of CO2 fluxes between box method and cumulative method;(6) Comparative data of CO2 fluxes between box method and eddy correlation method from May to September 2013;(7) Ecosystem carbon flux data measured by box method and eddy correlation method.
