本书原名《将农业转到工业基础上》(经验和问题)，是苏联科学院经济研究所М.Л.捷连季耶夫等几位经济学者的集体著作。其中第一和第三章由捷连季耶夫编写；第五章和第六章的第二、第三节由В.Т.杰夏托夫编写；第二章和第六章的第一节由П.Н.鲁科苏耶夫编写；第四章由П.А.克列梅舍夫编写；第七章的第二、三节由Ю.А.麦日列尔格编写；第七章第一节由Р.М.麦连科娃编写。全书对苏联农业实现工业化的必要性、组织形式、物质基础、经济效率等问题，以及对农业发展和农村面貌的变化的影响，都作了较为系统、较为深入的分析，既谈到了这些方面已经取得的进展，也揭示了存在的一些问题，并且还提出了相应的改进意见和建议。它对了解苏联农业生产的现状及其发展趋势，特别是关于农工一体化方面的现状及其发展趋势有一定的参考价值。这次翻译时，只节略了个别语句，基本上保存了原样。\n
