本书旨在向读者介绍天山自然地理站的活动。专著由两部分组成。第一部分概述该站的科研活动，第二部分为文献索引。绝大部分摘要（97%）由作者本人撰写，但部分取自文摘杂志或В.М.科特利亚科夫的冰川学书目索引。所有摘要均经过编辑，个别摘要有所补充或删节。部分摘要由文章作者（Н.А.格沃兹杰茨基、З.А.梁赞采娃、Е.А.多罗加涅夫斯卡娅）惠予提供，但也经过编辑。索引按字母顺序编排，同一作者的作品按时间顺序排列。为便于利用其中所收录的材料，附有辅助索引：作者索引、主题索引和地名索引。当某一材料多次发表时，摘要仅针对阐述最清晰、最完整的那一版本。其他内容相似的文章均附有“见”符号及相应摘要编号。\n在工作过程中，作者始终感受到全站同事的热情支持。他尤其感谢地理学副博士М.И.伊韦罗诺娃提供了该站初期活动期间员工文章目录，以及地理学副博士Р.Д.扎比罗夫对专著的编辑和照片提供。\n本书难免存在不足之处，作者将感激地接受所有指正。由于摘要中包含大量关于内部天山和中天山自然的实际材料，作者希望他的工作不仅具有书目价值，而且对研究该地区的研究者具有一定的地理认知参考意义。

The monograph consists of two parts. The first part provides an overview of the Station’s scientific research activities, while the second part is a bibliographic index. The overwhelming majority of the abstracts (97%) were prepared by the author himself, although some were taken from abstract journals or from the glaciological bibliographic index compiled by V. M. Kotlyakov. All abstracts have been edited, and some have been supplemented or abridged. A number of abstracts were kindly provided by the authors of the original publications (N. A. Gvozdetsky, Z. A. Ryazantseva, and E. A. Doroganevskaya), but these too were revised editorially. The bibliography is arranged alphabetically, while the works of each author are listed in chronological order. When a particular work was published more than once, an abstract was prepared only for the version presenting the material in the clearest and most complete form.
